Terms and Conditions – Champions Kids Monthly Kids Beauty Contest

Welcome to the Champions Kids Monthly Kids Beauty Contest hosted by Champions Kids! Before you embark on this exciting journey, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions:

• Participants must be aged between 0 and 12 years to enter the contest.
• Participants must have parental or legal guardian consent to participate.

2. Registration:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process.

3. Voting:

• Voting will be conducted on championskids.org.
• Each registered Contestant is entitled to multiple votes per contestant.
• A non-refundable fee is applicable for voting, and payment details will be provided on the website
• Votes are subject to our fair play policy, and any attempts at fraudulent voting will result in disqualification.

4. Monthly Cycle:

• The contest will run on a monthly cycle, with new registrations accepted at the beginning of each month.
• Voting opens at the start of the second week and closes at the end of the month.

5. Winner Determination:

• The contestant with the highest number of votes at the end of the monthly voting period will be declared the winner.
• The winner will be notified through the contact information provided during registration.

6. Prizes:

• The winner will receive a monetary prize as specified for that month.
• Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

7. Publicity:

• By participating, contestants and their guardians agree to allow Champions Kids to use their names, photographs, and related materials for promotional purposes.
